Description
Anna still longs for the life of drawing rooms and lace; she hasn’t given up her dreams of a fine marriage even though her life now is very different. Jane has never met a man who didn’t disappoint her, and wants the till full of good, solid coins. Emery has never planned to marry a man and won’t start now; what she loves is making rich, savory bread in the sisters’ new bakery. And Rose has yet to dream dreams of her own — but she starts now!
Mystery men, men who leap into the bakery, men in ruffled collars and men who are rude, drunken men and men working on the road… and many kinds of women! Leicester Square bustles with all types of life and the Misses Bickering are in the middle of it all. It’s the last days of the wars with France and America, political movements are surging, prices are soaring, and these ladies are determined to make their bakery pay. If they’re going to marry, it’s only for love.
Ladies’ Own Bakery is a Regency romance and a comedy serial full of happily ever afters. Like a sitcom, each “episode” is meant to be a fun short read, but with ongoing characters and storylines.
Readers receive an episode weekly during the “season” – this is the collected season.

Questions?
Can I buy “back episodes” to catch up? Yep! The collected Seasons 1 and 2 are available for sale, as are back episodes if you’re already collecting them and need to buy one you somehow missed; but this book is the entire collected Season 2.
Will that be the whole story? No! There are four seasons planned and trust me, you wouldn’t count any love story in this serial as “done” until season 4 is complete!
I heard there was merch? OMG such beautiful merch! You can get some lovely things (for yourself or someone else) with Sarah Kil’s beautiful wheat-and-Jacobin-floral-print cover design! I’m particularly partial to the huge tote bag… and the duffle bag… and the scarf… and the spiral-bound notebook… and the zippered pouch… and the travel mug… Oh, and the stickers! (And the jigsaw puzzle!)
I got the episode and I need to talk now! There is a Ladies’ Own Bakery group on Facebook, where you can chat about the last episode or just put your feet up and socialize for a while, just as we would if we were in the Ladies’ Own Bakery.
